RETURN POLICY

NO CASH REFUNDS
You may return or exchange your purchased item to BachirAmis Sweets for Exchange only with receipt and in original packaging.
Items will not be accepted for exchange if not received with 72 hours from the date of delivery.
Merchandise can only be exchanged if not opened or damaged. Items will be exchanged for the same price as priced at the time of return.

Shipping Damages
You are responsible for accepting products from the shipping company. If you notice damages to the package you should refuse.

Defective Product Exchanges

It is rare that items are not edible, stale or not edible, but in the event you do receive a defective product contact us immediately at support@bachiramissweets.com. Our customer support department will ensure a request is logged and resolution is underway with you. If the item is deemed defective, we will issue a return label at no cost. Once the item is received, we review its contents and send you a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

The process for returning items for Exchange or Refund is simple:
1) Contact Customer Support
2) Be sure to place item in adequate packaging to ensure it is not damage during shipping.
3) Include the Return Merchandise Authorization Form with your returned item.
4) Once we receive your item we will contact you by email.

Shipping Your Return or Exchange
You, as the Customer, are responsible for paying for return postage costs when shipping an item for an exchange or return due to it not being a defective item. Returned items should be shipped in a box or packaging to ensure the item and its original packaging is not damaged. Items received without adequate packaging and are damaged shall not qualify for a refund or exchange. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

BachirAmis Sweets reserves the right to accept any and all returns at its sole discretion. If you are found to return items more than three (3) times in a calendar year, your returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to additional shipping and handling fees.
